We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiters with 1–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for reputed MNC clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on client requirements.
- Recruit for various IT roles, including Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and other technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills




- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for MNC clients is preferred.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
