Job Overview :

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Marketing Associates / Management Trainees. This role is ideal for graduates and post-graduates, including freshers, who are looking to build a career in marketing, sales, client management, business development, and team leadership.

As a Marketing Associate / Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on exposure to brand marketing and sales campaigns, customer interaction, business development, and team management. The role offers an chance to develop strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and managerial skills through practical market experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in planning and executing brand sales and marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Engage with customers, understand their requirements, address queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads, develop customer relationships, and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop an understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Gradually take responsibility for training, mentoring,



and managing a team of approximately 7–15 members.
- Support team members in achieving individual and campaign targets.
- Conduct team meetings, provide regular feedback, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Take increasing responsibility for campaign operations, team performance, and business development as you progress within the organization.
