Ocean One Ship Management is committed to excellence in ship management and maritime services. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Mumbai office and support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in hiring and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, and the ability to manage the recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offer rollouts.
- Source candidates through different recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Understand hiring requirements from respective departments and identify suitable candidates.




- Support HR activities and recruitment-related documentation as required.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Graduate in any discipline; an HR specialization will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
