About Us

Metamorphosis Clinic specializes in skin, hair, and body aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a well-organized, polite, and responsible Guest Relations Executive to manage front-desk operations and administrative activities at our Vashi branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations.
- Coordinate patient appointments and doctor consultation schedules.
- Maintain patient records and update clinic software.
- Prepare and maintain consultation reports, consent forms, and treatment documentation.
- Cross-check consent forms and treatment reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure patient details are correctly entered into the system.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic management.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about clinic services.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations at the branch.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in reception, clinic administration, hospitality, or front-office operations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn clinic software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Polite, professional, punctual, and patient-friendly.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities independently.
- Multitasker and Flexible.
- Quick Learner.

Working Hours Full-time, 9-hour shift as per clinic schedule.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹26,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
