We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Cochin.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily hub operations, coordinating delivery activities, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders.

We are seeking candidates with solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can efficiently handle day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Hub Operations Management: Supervise daily hub activities, including receiving, sorting, stock handling, and dispatching customer orders.

Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with delivery executives and transportation teams to ensure timely and efficient order deliveries.

Delivery Performance Monitoring: Track delivery status, identify operational challenges, and take corrective actions to maintain service efficiency.

Customer Service Coordination: Work closely with customer support and operations teams to resolve delivery-related issues and minimize customer complaints.

Cash Management: Handle daily cash collections, reconciliation, and related reporting activities.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, verify closing stock, and report discrepancies.

Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily reports on delivery performance, operational issues, and customer satisfaction.

Delivery SLA Compliance: Ensure all customer orders are delivered within their assigned delivery slots.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with delivery executives to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve operational challenges.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, delivery operations, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of last-mile delivery operations and logistics coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts based on operational requirements.
- Candidates residing in Cochin or nearby areas will be preferred.
