Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Communicate with candidates and assess their profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and learn US recruitment processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Any graduate or postgraduate.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- BPO/KPO/RPO or recruitment experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- A strong learning attitude and interest in recruitment.
