Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in MetricStream application development and configuration.

- Knowledge of MetricStream GRC architecture and application framework.

- Experience with workflows, business rules, forms, reports, and customizations.

- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, XML, or other technologies used in the relevant MetricStream workplace.

- Experience in debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and application support.

- Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in MetricStream modules such as ERM, Compliance, Internal Audit, Policy Management, or Third-Party Risk Management.

- Exposure to MetricStream upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

- Knowledge of risk assessment, control testing, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
