Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chat & email
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Follow company processes and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Undergraduate – All streams eligible
- Freshers & Experienced candidates
- Minimum 6 months of experience preferred




- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
- Comfortable with rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

- Freshers: 22,000 – 27,000 in-hand
- Experienced: 32,000 – 50,000 in-hand
- CTC: 3.5 LPA – 6.7 LPA
- Attractive unlimited incentives

Shift & Working Days

- Rotational shifts – US / UK / AUS
- 5 days working + 2 rotational week offs
