- Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international process is mandatory
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
- Shift: International rotational shifts
- Cab Facility: 2-way cab facility provided as per company policy

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international banking customers.
- Assist customers with banking queries, account-related concerns, transactions, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and procedures.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the CRM system.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
- Follow banking policies, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality standards.
- Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and productivity metrics.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Prior experience in banking, BFSI, financial services, or international customer support is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational international shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally in a rapid-paced environment.
