Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join a dynamic financial services setting and provide exceptional customer support across Securities and Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and digital service queries.

Resolve queries related to Demat/DP, holdings, balances, and account statements.

Handle trade, order status, contract notes, and settlement-related queries.

Support fund and securities movement requests.

Manage customer cases end-to-end with timely and accurate resolution.

Ensure compliance with KYC, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy requirements.

Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy,



and quality.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce background preferred.

1+ years of relevant experience in Securities/Capital Markets, Brokerage, DP, Trading Support, or related processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of Trading, Demat, and Settlement processes.
