Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate ED Facility coding in compliance with CPT, ICD10CM, and HCPCS guidelines
- Review medical records and documentation to ensure complete and accurate code assignment
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as per client requirements
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and denials related to ED services
- Stay updated with current coding guidelines and regulatory changes
- Work closely with quality and audit teams to ensure compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CPC Certification (Mandatory)
- 2-6 years of experience in ED Facility Coding
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD10CM, HCPCS, and payer guidelines
- Experience with US Healthcare coding standards
- Ability to meet turnaround time and accuracy targets
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills
