Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Voice/Chat as per process requirements.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.

Eligibility

- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Support/BPO/E-commerce preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Versant score: 56.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and from office.
- Immediate joiners preferred .
