Hiring Diploma Instrumentation at Grasim Industries Ltd. - VFY Kalyan Plant, Shahad (Maharashtra)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation such as transmitters, control valves, analyzers, sensors, flow meters, pressure and temperature instruments.
- Calibration and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Monitoring and maintenance of PLC, SCADA and DCS-based control systems.
- Root cause analysis of instrumentation breakdowns and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensuring instrument reliability to support uninterrupted plant operations.
- Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordination with operations and maintenance teams during shutdowns and projects.
- 4-6 years experience in relevant profile, Chemical industry background will be preferred.

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of process instrumentation and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with DCS/PLC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
