- Handle inbound/outbound calls/chats from customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain qualified communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and performance targets.
- Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking / Chatting with Foreign customers.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Viman Nagar, Pune location.
