Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and respond to queries in Hindi.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with their concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Ensure a positive customer service experience.
Requirements
- Valuable Hindi-speaking skills.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work six days a week.
- Candidates must arrange their own transportation to the office.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary up to Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 14,000.
- PF deduction of approximately Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 2,000, subject to applicable rules and salary structure.
- Fixed day shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
