The main function of a HIL Test Engineer at this level is to perform Black box testing using engine / machine simulators like dSPACE
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Black box testing using engine simulators like dSPACE • Understand engine features and perform system level validation of engine features • Develop the test plans and test reports for every flash file testing • Develop automation scripts using Python, VB.net and other tools • Update and maintain existing automation scripts
Skills
- Good experience in system level validation of embedded software using simulators such as dSPACE • Valuable Trouble Shooting/Debugging skills • Knowledge on Software testing and Tools (CANalayzer, CANape etc.) • Good Communication
