Description

Key Responsibilities Assist welders, fitters, and fabricators in daily fabrication activities. Handle, move, and arrange MS plates, pipes, angles, channels, and other materials. Help in cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting jobs under supervision.

Support material measurement, marking, and preparation. Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness. Follow safety procedures and use PPE such as helmets, gloves, safety shoes, and goggles. Assist in loading, unloading, and shifting fabricated materials. imely completion of assigned helper activities.

Proper handling and storage of materials and tools. Compliance with PPE requirements and safety procedures. Effective support to welders, fitters, and fabricators. Maintenance of workplace housekeeping and discipline.

Follow instructions from the supervisor and complete assigned work on time. amiliarity with hand tools, measuring tapes, grinders,



and other workshop equipment is desirable. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a fabrication team. Willingness to learn fabrication techniques and industrial safety practices.

Physically fit for material handling and workshop duties. Positive discipline, punctuality, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness. Basic understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum qualification: ITI preferred. Fresher candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and materials is an advantage. Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop or industrial site. Ability to work in a team and follow safety instructions. ITI or relevant engineering workshop experience is an added advantage.
