Facetalks Clinic is a Maxillofacial, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Anti-Ageing Clinic is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Telecaller / Patient Relationship Executive to join our team in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore.In this role, you will be the premier voice of our clinic. You will handle inquiries from patients looking for specialized facial surgeries, aesthetic enhancements, and anti-aging treatments. Key Responsibilities

- Premium Appointment Scheduling: Manage, book, and optimize consultation calendars for specialized surgeries, aesthetic enhancements, and anti-aging procedures.

- Inbound Patient Consultation Support: Answer patient inquiries with high confidentiality regarding treatments, follow-up timelines, and basic pre-consultation guidelines.

- Outbound Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with existing patients regarding their post-procedure recovery schedules, skin/anti-aging maintenance sessions, and routine review visits.

- Clinic CRM Management: Systematically update patient records, contact frequencies, treatment histories, and appointment statuses in our clinic software.

- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with Dr. Sajida, the clinical nursing staff, and front-desk executives to ensure a zero-delay, premium flow for arriving patients.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Pre-University (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, premium customer service, or clinic front-desk operations. Prior experience in a cosmetology, dermatology, dental, or plastic surgery clinic is highly advantageous.

- Language Skills:

- Fluent English is mandatory for professional communication.

- Fluent Kannada is highly preferred to support local patient demographics.

- Proficiency in Hindi is a strong added advantage.

- Soft Skills: Outstanding active listening, absolute confidentiality, deep empathy, and a polished, professional telephone etiquette.

- Tech Skills: Comfort with basic computer tools, smartphone communication apps, and booking/CRM software.
