Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and patient-focused Healthcare Specialist (HCS) to provide patient care support, education, and product guidance to individuals who have undergone relevant surgical procedures. The candidate will educate patients and caregivers on proper care, hygiene, product usage, and lifestyle practices while developing business opportunities through healthcare institutions and retail networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, home healthcare agencies, and specialized care centres.
- Identify potential retailers and sub-dealers and ensure product availability.
- Generate and follow up on patient leads received from healthcare institutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and patient lead generation targets.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper care practices and appropriate product usage.
- Train patients on hygiene, product replacement procedures, and skin care.
- Assess individual patient requirements to help ensure proper product fitting and comfort.




- Provide follow-up support and coordinate with healthcare professionals when medical intervention is required.
- Offer appropriate lifestyle guidance within the scope of training and clinical practice.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, obtain required consent forms, and submit reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Share feedback and insights to support new product development.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc Nursing, GNM Nursing, or any degree.
- Additional certification in wound care or a related specialty is preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate approach towards patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
- Willingness to undertake field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
