Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. This role involves assessing client healthcare workflows and needs, collaborating with internal teams to design AI-powered and digital solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of healthcare-related systems and processes.

The Healthcare

Specialist will review medical and operational requirements, translate them into clear functional specifications, and help train client teams on using new tools and workflows.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, documenting procedures, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting, and ensuring that solutions comply with relevant healthcare standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Healthcare and Medicine: Candidates should possess a strong foundation in healthcare practices and medical concepts, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to operational and digital workflows.
- EMT and Training: Candidates should possess experience as an EMT or in emergency care, along with skills in training and educating healthcare or operations staff on procedures and systems.
- Communication: Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex medical and technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Additional relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare, nursing, paramedical sciences, or related field; familiarity with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards; comfort working with digital tools and software; strong problem-solving and documentation skills; ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and work in office in the Greater Nagpur Area.
