Job Summary

Radixsol is hiring experienced US Healthcare Recruiters with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Physicians (MD/DO), and Nurse Practitioners (NP) for healthcare facilities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for Travel Nursing, Per Diem, and Locum Tenens assignments.
- Recruit for RN, LPN, CNA, Physician, and NP positions across various clinical specialties.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS databases, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening, negotiate pay rates, and coordinate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Verify candidate qualifications, licenses,



certifications, and assignment availability.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to fulfill client staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activities and candidate records in the ATS.
- Consistently achieve weekly submission, interview, offer, and placement targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare job classifications, clinical specialties, and licensing requirements.
- Experience recruiting RN, LPN, CNA, Physicians, or Nurse Practitioners.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Experience with healthcare job boards, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment during US business hours.
