Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead project development activities from concept, feasibility, and planning through execution readiness.
- Prepare project development plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Conduct technical, commercial, and financial feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project planning.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage project documentation, approvals, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Support procurement activities by coordinating technical specifications and vendor selection.
- Review engineering designs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and project status updates.




- Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project planning, governance, and execution processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Support project handover to execution and operations teams.
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Feasibility studies and business case development.
- Risk management and mitigation planning.
- Contract and vendor management.
- Engineering and technical documentation review.
- Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.
