Meghe Group of Schools is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Pre-School / Early Years to lead the academic and operational functioning of its Pre-School.

Expected Profile

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Early Childhood / Pre-Primary Education , with experience in an academic leadership or coordination role.

- Solid understanding of NEP 2020, NCF-FS, play-based and experiential learning .

- Experience in curriculum planning, classroom monitoring and teacher mentoring & development .

- Good understanding of child development, foundational literacy & numeracy and school readiness .

- Ability to build strong relationships with parents and effectively handle parent engagement and concerns.
- Experience supporting Pre-School admissions, parent counselling, orientations and enrolment initiatives .

- Strong focus on child safety, safeguarding and well-being .

- Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
