Role & responsibilities

- Develop and formulate new cosmetic and personal care products.
- Conduct laboratory trials and optimize formulations.
- Select and evaluate raw materials and active ingredients.
- Perform stability testing and packaging compatibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic quality and regulatory standards.
- Prepare formulation records, SOPs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with QC, QA, Production, and Purchase departments.
- Troubleshoot formulation issues and support product scale-up.
- Research market trends and develop creative products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
