Role Description The Head of Supply Chain Management is a full time, on-site role based in the Bangalore Urban district. This role oversees end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution for PV components.

The person in this position will develop and optimize supply chain strategies, establish performance metrics, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to customers and partners. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with operations, production, and quality teams, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts,



and resolving supply disruptions. The role also involves leading and mentoring the supply chain team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with GenX PV’s sustainability and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Supply Chain Management, including planning, inventory control, and end-to-end process optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Operations Management to coordinate production, logistics, and workflow efficiency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Procurement, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Team Leadership to guide, mentor, and develop cross-functional supply chain teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to ensure reliable delivery performance and responsive issue resolution.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors, with familiarity in PV components or similar technical products.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and supply chain reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
