Our in-house label, Nahoa, sits alongside leading brands such as HUL (as an authorized distributor), P&G;, Dabur, and Himalaya. We serve 4,000+ points of sale across 6+ districts in Gujarat, and our proprietary Tarrina Stack spanning market intelligence, warehouse and batch management, delivery and logistics, and retailer procurement gives every stakeholder in the chain full visibility and control.

The Role

As Distribution Centre Site Head, you will own end-to-end operations at our Godhra Distribution Centre inbound receiving, batch and expiry management, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound dispatch across our SKU portfolio, spanning Nahoa alongside HUL, P&G;, Dabur, and Himalaya. Since crossing $1M in annual revenue and turning operationally profitable at the DC level, our newly inaugurated Godhra facility is central to Tarrina's next phase of growth.

This role suits a hands-on operator who treats the warehouse floor as the front line of healthcare access. Every stockout is a patient who doesn't get their medicine on time. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Tech Lead, and Operations team, using our Warehouse & Batch Management System and Delivery & Logistics Platform to run a tight, data-driven site.

What You'll Do

- Own the P&L; and operational KPIs for the Distribution Centre — fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost per order.




- Manage inbound receiving, warehousing, and batch / expiry tracking.
- Lead outbound dispatch, route planning, and last-mile delivery execution to rural and semi-urban outlets.
- Build, train, and manage the warehouse and logistics workforce.
- Maintain real-time temperature monitoring and quality control across the inventory held at site.
- Use the Warehouse & Batch Management System and Delivery & Logistics Platform to plan stock, batches, and dispatch.
- Partner with the sales team to align demand forecasting with stock availability and prevent lost sales.
- Drive a low-inventory, high-velocity, high-turnover operating model to minimize working-capital needs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality regulations at the site.
- Manage vendor relationships — transporters, fleet partners, packaging, and site security.
- Report on site performance through data dashboards and regular operational reviews.
- Support the setup and scale-up of new distribution centres as Tarrina expands into new districts and states.

What We're Looking For Experience & track record

- Masters or Diploma in Supply Chain/logistics/management preferred.
- 6+ years in warehouse, distribution centre, or supply chain operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in FMCG, pharma,



or cold-chain distribution required.
- A track record of owning a P&L; or cost center.
- Experience setting up or scaling a distribution centre from the ground up is a solid plus with at least 5,000 SKUs and 5cr monthly turnover

Commercial & analytical

- Strong grasp of inventory management, batch / expiry tracking, and demand forecasting.
- Comfortable with WMS / ERP systems and dashboarding tools.
- Solid commercial acumen with a focus on cost control and working capital.

Leadership & ways of working

- A hands-on operator with strong people-management skills.
- High accountability and process orientation.
- Fluency in English and Hindi / Gujarati.
