: Design and establish the group's research function, Produce primary and secondary research on UAE and Indian real estate markets, and Provide the market evidence underpinning valuation opinions.
Required Candidate profile: Master's degree or professional qualification in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics or a related discipline. CFA, MRICS or equivalent is strongly preferred. Must-have: Analytical rigour.
