About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a leading organization in the AI Data Services industry , specializing in data annotation, data labeling and AI training solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead large-scale service delivery, manage operational performance and drive process improvements across a workforce of 1,500–2,000+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations and service delivery across large, multi-shift teams.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality and SLA adherence.
- Oversee workforce planning, resource utilization and capacity management.
- Manage operational budgets, cost optimization and P&L; performance.
- Implement process improvements, automation and quality-control initiatives.
- Lead operations managers, delivery teams and other functional leaders.




- Manage client escalations and ensure consistent delivery performance.

Candidate Requirements
- 12+ years of operations experience in BPO, KPO, tech-enabled services or AI/data outsourcing.
- Mandatory: Proven experience managing large-scale operations involving 1,500–2,000+ employees .
- Solid understanding of workforce management, service delivery, operational metrics and cost optimization.
- Experience managing multi-layered teams and large operational functions.
- Strong client management, stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
- Exposure to data annotation, AI training data or content moderation operations is an advantage.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
