Position: Head of Finance

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience Range: 12 to 16 yrs

Role Overview

Titan is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead end-to-end finance operations across multiple geographies, driving financial planning, compliance, treasury, investor relations, and scalable financial systems -_-

Key Responsibilities

- Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, FP&A;, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
- Build robust MIS, dashboards, and consolidated financial reporting across entities and currencies -_-
- Oversee invoicing, cash flow, treasury, working capital, intercompany transactions, and FX exposure.
- Lead global taxation, transfer pricing, cross-border tax planning, statutory compliance, and audits -_-
- Manage investor relations, board reporting, fundraising support, ESOPs, and cap table compliance.
- Partner with leadership on strategic decisions, profitability, cost optimisation, and capital allocation -_-




- Build and lead a high-performing finance team while strengthening financial controls and processes.

Required Qualifications

- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with strong expertise in FP&A;, budgeting, and controllership -_-
- Experience leading finance for an international or multi-entity organisation.
- Strong understanding of multi-currency consolidation, global treasury, transfer pricing, and cross-border taxation -_-
- Proven experience in MIS development, investor reporting, board presentations, and audit management.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or online businesses is preferred -_-
- Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution skills.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
