Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across various functions.

- Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, GST/direct taxation, and working capital management.

- Ensure accurate cash flow management and MIS reporting to support business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

- Develop and implement effective inventory costing strategies to optimize profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-16 years of experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing industries.

- CA qualification required; MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Solid expertise in areas such as Budgeting & Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Inventory Costing, Statutory Compliance (GST), Direct Taxation.
