Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design to lead our talented design team and shape the future of our product and brand experiences. The Head of Design will be responsible for defining and driving our overall design strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling user experience across all touchpoints.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and mentor designers, foster innovation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

- Head design strategy to create highimpact, costefficient, and
- differentiated workspaces. Own end-to-end design from concept to execution, drive
- client conversions through design, and build scalable systems and a strong design
- team aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the overall design philosophy,



guidelines, and standards
- Lead concept direction for all key projects and new centers
- Ensure strong differentiation from competitors through design innovation
- Partner closely with Sales for high-value client pitches and conversions
- Align design solutions with client business needs and commercial goals
- Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure design feasibility and execution

quality
- Work with QS (Quantity Surveying) for cost control and value engineering
- Build and maintain design templates, libraries, and playbooks
- Standardize BOQs, detailing, and documentation practices
- Introduce new materials, technologies, and industry trends
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of architects, designers, and 3D

specialists
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Operations teams
- Ensure seamless coordination from concept to execution

Required Experience & Skills

- 15-20 years in architecture/interior design
- Strong experience in commercial interiors, coworking, or hospitality spaces
- Proven track record in leading design teams and delivering large-scale

projects
- Robust design sensibility with commercial understanding
- Expertise in cost optimization and value engineering
