Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth in the real estate industry.

- Manage a team of marketers to plan, execute, and optimize ATL/BTL campaigns across various channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch recent products and services, ensuring effective brand management and messaging.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 15-20 years of experience in channel marketing, real estate marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of brand management principles and ability to develop compelling brand identities.

- Experience managing large budgets for marketing initiatives.
