Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, engagement, and retention.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and documentation.
- Manage statutory compliance, including EPF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with authorities and auditors for inspections and audits.
- Handle employment-related legal matters, notices, agreements, and documentation.
- Support performance management, training, and employee development.
