Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.

- Lead the development of talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication across the organization.

- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation &

benefits administration.

Job Requirements :

- 15-26 years' experience in Business HR or Strategic HR roles within IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.

- Strong understanding of current trends in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation &

Perks Administration.
