Countryside Heaven Manali is looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to join our hotel kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, with strong expertise in Tandoori cooking, Indian cuisine, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality Indian, Tandoori, and other restaurant dishes.
- Have excellent knowledge of Tandoori items, including Tandoori Roti, Naan, Kebabs, Tikka, and other Tandoor preparations.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portion sizes, and food standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant,



or resort.
- Strong expertise in Tandoori cooking and Indian cuisine.
- Practical knowledge of Tandoor equipment and kitchen management.
- Ability to work independently and handle kitchen responsibilities.
- Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and quality-focused.
