Job Summary

Herbayu Wellness India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and result-oriented qualified to lead business development, sales growth and strategic expansion. The candidate will work directly with the Founder to strengthen existing business operations, develop new revenue streams and build a scalable business model.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and improve productivity of the existing Direct Selling network (Swasthya Pracharaks).
- Recruit, train and develop Assistant Sales Managers to expand the sales network, particularly in Pune.
- Develop and implement the Herbal Wellness Franchise Clinic model, including pilot operations and nationwide expansion.
- Develop B2B business opportunities for herbal tea ingredients, bulk supply, institutional sales and private-label products.
- Build strategic partnerships with franchise operators, distributors and institutional customers.




- Drive digital marketing, lead generation and brand development in coordination with the marketing team.
- Develop business plans, sales forecasts, budgets and measurable KPIs.
- Lead teams and ensure profitable, sustainable business growth.

Candidate Profile

- 10-15+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, distribution or strategic business expansion.
- Experience in Direct Selling, FMCG, Healthcare, Wellness or Franchise Development preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building sales teams, expanding markets and generating substantial revenue.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, financial planning and business execution skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business verticals from the ground up.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
