Role & responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.

- Prepare financial statements, management reports, MIS, and variance analysis.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and banking operations.

- Oversee manufacturing cost analysis, product costing, profitability, and cost optimisation.

- Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, credit limits, and outstanding balances.

- Ensure tax compliance, statutory filings, audits, and internal financial controls.

- Evaluate capital expenditure, investment proposals, ROI, and financial risks.

- Manage fixed assets, insurance, treasury, and foreign exchange exposure.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal departments.

- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team,



ensuring accountability and operational efficiency.

- Regular reporting to CFO and Management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualifications: CA / CMA preferred. Candidates with an MBA in Finance or M.Com may also be considered, depending on their experience and organisational requirements.

- Experience: Preferably 8-12 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial exposure to manufacturing finance.

- Industry Experience: Prior experience in a plant-based manufacturing environment is mandatory.

- Core Competencies: Robust expertise in product costing, MIS, working capital management, taxation, audit, budgeting, and financial controls.
