Job Summary

Brite Engineers is looking for a motivated HVAC Site Engineer to support HVAC installation, site supervision, design coordination, and project execution. The candidate should have basic HVAC knowledge, AutoCAD skills, and proficiency in MS Office to ensure smooth project operations and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise HVAC installation and site execution activities.
2. Coordinate the installation of Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Package AC, VRF, and Chiller systems.
3. Monitor ducting, copper piping, insulation, and drainage works.
4. Read and understand HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
5. Assist with HVAC design activities and AutoCAD drawings, as required.
6. Coordinate with technicians, helpers, contractors, and project managers.
7. Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
8. Conduct site inspections and ensure installation quality.
9. Assist with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
10. Prepare daily site progress reports and material requirement reports using MS Excel and Word.
11.



Follow site safety procedures and ensure timely project completion.

Basic Requirements

1. HVAC Experience: Experience in HVAC site work and/or HVAC design.

2. MS Office: Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

3. AutoCAD: At least basic-level knowledge of AutoCAD.

4. English Proficiency: Intermediate-level proficiency in reading and writing English.

Additional Requirements – Advantage

1. Completion of an HVAC course or relevant HVAC project experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
3. Total work experience of 2 years is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant qualification is desirable.

Salary and Perks

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
