Experience &

- 6 years in QA (including 3 years in data/ETL test automation and 2 years in performance testing) with a Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

ETL &

- Data QA:
- Solid SQL proficiency; data warehouse validation (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL), reconciliation at scale, and data testing frameworks (Great Expectations, Soda Core, dbt tests).

Programming &

- Automation:
- Hands-on with Python, TypeScript, or Java using solid design patterns (fixtures, page objects, data builders).

API &

- UI Testing:
- REST/GraphQL test suites, contract testing (Pact), and stable UI automation using Playwright or Cypress.

Performance Testing:

- Load, stress, soak, and breakpoint testing using k6, JMeter, or Locust; defining SLAs/SLOs and interpreting p95/p99 metrics.

CI/CD, Containers &

- Observability:
- GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes-based ephemeral environments, and runtime telemetry correlation via Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Test Strategy &

- Quality Gates:
- Translating PRDs/BRDs into test plans, driving shift-left testing, and building CI-native quality gates to block bad data and code regressions.
