Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Haj & Umrah Sales Expert to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Haj and Umrah package sales, knowledge of booking portals, and strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and generate sales for Haj and Umrah packages.
- Explain package details, pricing, itineraries, and travel arrangements to customers.
- Manage bookings using relevant Haj and Umrah portals.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, train tickets, flights, transfers, and other travel services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Build solid customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Haj & Umrah sales or pilgrimage travel services.
- Practical knowledge of Haj & Umrah packages, booking procedures, and relevant portals.
- Basic knowledge of hotel bookings, train reservations, flight bookings, and travel coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused and sales-driven approach.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain booking records.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; English and Urdu are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a Haj & Umrah travel agency.
- Familiarity with the Surat pilgrimage travel market.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries independently and convert leads into sales.
