Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations, scalp examinations, and assessments of hair loss patterns and donor-area suitability.

- Evaluate patient eligibility for hair transplantation and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Perform or participate in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) procedures, according to training and clinical privileges.

- Perform recipient-site creation, graft implantation, and other procedural steps for which appropriately trained and authorized.

- Supervise or coordinate graft extraction, graft handling, sorting, and implantation to maintain graft quality and viability.

- Assess hairline design, graft distribution, density, and aesthetic outcomes in collaboration with the clinical team.

- Identify contraindications and refer patients for dermatological or medical evaluation when indicated.

- Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, limitations, risks, and postoperative care instructions to patients.

- Monitor patients during and after procedures and manage complications within the scope of competence.

- Maintain accurate patient records,



photographic documentation, informed consent, and follow-up schedules.

- Ensure compliance with infection-control standards, sterilization protocols, and applicable clinical regulations.

- Work collaboratively with dermatologists, anesthesiologists, hair transplant technicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

- Stay updated on advances in hair restoration techniques and contribute to clinical quality improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

- MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

- Valid registration .

- Prior hands-on experience in hair transplantation/ FUE / FUT will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong surgical precision and hand-eye coordination.

- Good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.

- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.

- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and quality outcomes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
