About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hair Trainer to join our team in Shimla. As a Hair Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging instruction to our students, covering all aspects of hair care, cutting, coloring, and styling. You will play a vital role in equipping our students with the skills and confidence needed to launch successful careers in the hairdressing industry.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions on various hairdressing techniques, adhering to the Lakme Academy curriculum and syllabus.
- Conduct interactive demonstrations and provide one-on-one support to students during practical sessions.
- Assess student progress through practical assessments and written examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing through ongoing career development activities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the hairdressing curriculum.




- Participate in student recruitment and promotional activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude within the academy environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass with a diploma or certificate in hairdressing from a recognized beauty school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional hairstylist in a salon or studio environment.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate hairdressing techniques clearly and effectively.
- Strong command of English language, both written and verbal.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to student success.
