SquareOne Stays is looking for a Guest Service Associate to manage guest communication and ensure a smooth experience for guests staying at our serviced apartments. The role involves handling calls and messages, resolving guest queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring guest issues are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Communication: Handle guest calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries from Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.

- Guest Support: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, directions, property access, and other stay-related queries.

- Issue Resolution: Handle complaints professionally and resolve guest concerns quickly.

- Team Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and the operations team to resolve guest issues.

- Booking Management: Review booking details, verify guest information, and ensure smooth check-in arrangements.

- Emergency Handling: Respond to urgent guest issues and coordinate with the relevant team when immediate assistance is required.

- Guest Satisfaction:



Maintain high service standards and help the company achieve excellent guest ratings and reviews.

- Sales Support: Handle booking enquiries and help convert prospective guests into confirmed bookings.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, email, and online booking platforms.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm while handling demanding guests.

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or an international BPO is preferred. Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours

- Two rotational shifts covering 9 AM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 3 AM.

- One weekly offs per employee, as per the roster.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
