Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Guest Management:
- Manage guest arrivals, stays, and departures with exceptional care and attention.
- Coordinate airport/station transfers and ensure smooth logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest queries and requests.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee meals management ensuring adherence to standards and dietary preferences.
- Coordinate and execute experiences, workshops, and retreat activities as per guest itineraries.
- Plan and customize guest itineraries based on individual needs and preferences.
Administrative & Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate guest data and records.
- Manage ledger entries and billing processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, wellness, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with the team to maintain service quality.
- Provide feedback and collaborate on process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Fresher or 2 3 years experience in the hospitality industry in a similar guest-facing role (hotel, resort, or retreat setting preferred).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) & Hindi (Both are mandatory).
- Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Warm, approachable personality with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic billing/accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a agile environment.
