Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure seamless guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.

- Develop strong relationships with guests through personalized interactions, addressing their needs, and exceeding expectations.

- Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and billing.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (guest handling/guest relations).

- Solid knowledge of GRE principles and practices; ability to apply them in real-life situations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests from diverse backgrounds.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; adaptability is essential.
