ROLE PURPOSE

Own and grow (Dry Fruit, nuts& seeds Brand)’ complete E-commerce Q-commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto,

Instamart and emerging platforms. Own revenue, assortment, availability, pricing, promotions, platform relationships, commercial economics and profitable growth.

CLEAR REQUIREMENTS

- 5–8 years total experience; 3–4 years direct E-commerce / Q-commerce / marketplace experience preferred.
- Hands-on Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart experience strongly preferred, with Amazon / Flipkart / BigBasket / JioMart exposure.
- FMCG / Food / Beverage / D2C / Consumer Brand experience preferred.
- Must have personally managed revenue / GMV / category growth and be able to quantify the business owned.
- Strong understanding of assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, platform commercials, margin and contribution.
- Solid Excel / Google Sheets and business analytics.
- Strong platform negotiation, stakeholder management and cross-functional execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own monthly/annual digital-commerce revenue and growth plans.
- Manage Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and marketplace relationships; drive assortment, launches and visibility.
- Own platform pricing, promotions, trade spends and commercial evaluation.
- Track GMV/NSV, AOV, SKU productivity, availability, fill rate, returns, ad spend, ROAS and contribution.
- Coordinate demand forecasting,



replenishment and stock-out prevention with the E-commerce Logistics & Inventory Control team.
- Build platform/SKU-level economics and identify unprofitable promotions, SKUs and channels.
- Work with Brand, Performance Marketing, Finance, Warehouse and senior management to deliver growth.
