About AataBox

AataBox is an early-stage gaming startup building exciting, interactive arcade gaming experiences designed to bring people together through fun and friendly competition.

We're developing our own arcade gaming machines and games for events, parties, entertainment venues, and other social spaces.

As we prepare to launch, we're looking for an energetic, creative, and resourceful individual to work closely with the founder and help bring AataBox to market.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

You'll help us find our first customers, build our brand, identify new business opportunities, plan marketing campaigns, organize events, and coordinate activities involved in bringing our arcade gaming machines to market.

We're looking for a self-starter who can take an idea, figure out what needs to be done, and make it happen.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Customer Acquisition

- Identify potential customers, partners, and venues for AataBox.
- Reach out to event organizers, party planners, gaming venues, malls, resorts, residential communities, and corporate event companies.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and help secure initial customers and bookings.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and creative ways to reach our target audience.

Marketing & Brand Development

- Help develop and execute our initial go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Identify advertising opportunities, promotional channels, and potential brand partnerships.
- Bring creativity and a good visual sense to our branding and marketing efforts.

Events & Exhibitions

- Research relevant exhibitions, carnivals, festivals, and promotional events where AataBox can participate.




- Coordinate with event organizers and manage participation logistics.
- Plan and oversee exhibition booths, branding, promotional displays, and event activities.
- Help execute events and convert visitor interest into business opportunities.

Prototype & Production Coordination

- Assist in coordinating the development and production of our arcade gaming cabinet prototypes.
- Communicate with fabricators, vendors, designers, and suppliers.
- Follow up on procurement, fabrication, deliveries, and production timelines.
- Help resolve coordination issues and keep activities moving forward.

What We're Looking For

- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, events, operations, or related roles.
- Experience in at least some of the responsibilities listed above.
- Good communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and a good eye for design and visual presentation.
- Basic familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable meeting customers, visiting venues, coordinating vendors, and working on the ground.
- Self-driven, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup.
