About the Company

We are a growing digital marketing company looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media campaigns, advertisements, websites, and client branding projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics, social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives for multiple clients.
- Create ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Develop brand identities, logos, brochures, presentations, and other branding assets as required.
- Coordinate with the social media, performance marketing, SEO, and content teams to understand creative requirements.
- Work closely with the client coordination team to understand client briefs, feedback, and revisions.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet client expectations.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, social media formats, and digital advertising creatives.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- Mandatory: 1–3 years of experience working in a digital marketing company or agency.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating social media creatives,



ad designs, and digital marketing graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of digital advertising creatives, branding, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert marketing objectives into effective designs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- Willingness to accept feedback and make revisions when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Figma and Adobe InDesign.
- Understanding of Meta Ads creative formats and digital marketing campaign requirements.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have prior professional experience in a digital marketing company or agency.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Note: Portfolio submission is mandatory for shortlisting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
