1. Collaborate with the Product Development Manager to plan and execute creative design tasks aligned with development objectives.
2. Oversee all design projects from concept to completion while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand guidelines.
3. Refine images, typography, and layouts using professional graphic design software to produce high-quality visuals.
4. Identify and match colours using reference products and existing design libraries/tools.
5. Efficiently create recent textures or edit existing ones to achieve optimal visual and functional outcomes.
6. Design illustrations, logos, and other graphical elements using appropriate software applications.
7. Revise and update designs based on review, feedback, and quality standards.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are aesthetically appealing and meet specific product requirements.
9. Provide functional support to the manager in the development of new products and the lifecycle management of existing samples.
10. Independently execute assigned tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and under the guidance of supervisors.
Ensure each phase of a design project adheres to the scheduled timeline and meets delivery expectations. Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
