- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong typography and motion design skills, portfolio required

- Design static and motion creatives, edit short-form videos, create brand assets, and iterate based on performance data

Role & responsibilities:

- Design high-impact static and motion creatives for social media, direct-response ad campaigns (Meta/Google), and brand assets.

- Edit quick-paced short-form videos, reels, and kinetic typography that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.

- Create vector graphics, brand collateral, presentation decks, and website visual assets.

- Iterate rapidly on creative variations, testing different hooks, layouts, and copy angles based on performance data.





- Work closely with the core team to brainstorm disruptive content ideas and elevate brand aesthetics.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.

- Strong grasp of typography, layout composition, color theory, and modern visual pacing.

- An eye for what stops the scroll, understands how motion and design drive direct engagement and conversions.

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile environment with tight turnarounds.

- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating both graphic design and motion/video editing work is mandatory.
